Ingredients:
Sprouted Ragi, Wheat Flour, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.

How to Prepare:

1. Mix the Pancake Powder: Take 1/2 cup of Choco Ragi Pancake Mix in a bowl.
2. Add Wet Ingredients: Add 1/3 cup of milk (or a dairy-free alternative like almond milk) and 1 tablespoon of oil or melted butter. Optionally, you can add a beaten egg for extra fluffiness.
3. Stir and Whisk: Mix until the batter is smooth. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk to adjust the consistency.
4. Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or butter. Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve: Stack the pancakes and serve with your favorite toppings like fruits, maple syrup, or whipped cream.
